Abstract
⺠The influences of Mn doping on the fine structure of the ZnxMn1âxO:N alloy films have been investigated. ⺠The physical mechanisms of the magnetic transition in field-cooled magnetization of Zn1âxMnxO:N films have been discussed. ⺠The electron transport properties of ZnxMn1âxO:N alloy films have been discussed.
