Abstract
⺠The coercivity of Nd-Fe-B thin film was enhanced without sacrifices of (BH)max. ⺠By measuring the spin reorientation temperature, the Dy occupation was clarified. ⺠Detailed microstructures were analyzed by means of TEM observations.
