Abstract
⺠The SrFe12O19 film deposited on Si(100) with Pt underlayer by pulsed laser deposition. ⺠The films deposited at 700 °C in different oxygen pressures of 0.025-0.36 mbar. ⺠The films have perpendicular magnetic anisotropy in all oxygen pressures. ⺠The film deposited in 0.13 mbar has the highest magnetization and moderate squareness.
