Abstract
⺠Zn1âxFexO nanoparticles were synthesized with a simple two-step method. ⺠The Zn1âxFexO predecessors were synthesized at a low temperature. ⺠Fe element was readily doped from the source of metallic Fe sheet. ⺠All the Fe doping ZnO samples have room temperature ferromagnetism. ⺠The structural and properties of the Zn1âxFexO are regular with different x.
