Abstract
⺠We prepare face-centered cubic (FCC) Ni (Fe) solid solutions by mechanical alloying and annealing. ⺠Shape of FeNi alloy powder changes from granular to flaky after wet-milling. ⺠Absorbers containing flaky FeNi alloys possess higher electromagnetic parameters. ⺠MAMs with low reflection loss peak in the range of 1-4 GHz are obtained. ⺠Microwave absorbing properties can be adjustable by modifying the thickness of the absorbers.
