Abstract
⺠Co2Mn (Ga0.5Sn0.5) epitaxial films fabricated on MgO (0 0 1) substrates. ⺠Spin polarization increases to 66% as the structural ordering improved. ⺠Co2Mn (Ga0.5Sn0.5) is a potential candidate for spin polarized current source.
