Abstract
⺠Dynamic FSMA actuation shows 5% MFIS driven under 3.5-kOe field at 650 Hz. ⺠H amplitude and FSMA actuator stiffness affect the FSMA resonant responses. ⺠Resonant actuation of FSMA requires much lower H than quasi-static actuation. ⺠Bias spring constant and FSMA modulus influence the FSMA actuator stiffness.
