Abstract
⺠We simulate a ferrimagnetic nanoparticle with a spin-3/2 core and a spin-1 shell. ⺠We examine behavior of thermal and magnetic properties of the particle. ⺠Occupation of core layer by spin-3/2 creates some interesting phenomena. ⺠Compensation temperature decreases rapidly as shell thickness increases. ⺠Critical temperature increases with increasing the number of shell layers.
