Abstract
► Fe2+ and Fe3+ occupy the Ti4+ sites in Fe-doped and Fe+N codoped TiO2. ► Double N content was obtained in Fe+N codoped TiO2 compared with N-doped sample. ► The metal ion doping enhances the content of N doping. ► Fe+N codoped TiO2 shows top diffusion magnetization at room temperature compare to the samples of N-doped, Fe-doped and undoped TiO2.
