Abstract
⺠Ni-Cu films deposited by magnetron sputtering show partial phase separation. ⺠Phase separation is due to Ni-Ni exchange interaction leading to clustering of Ni. ⺠Ni clustering broadens the ferro- to paramagnetic phase transition in the system.
