Abstract
⺠Magnetic skyrmion lattice structure is formed by Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction. ⺠Properties of skyrmion lattice under uniaxial anisotropy are investigated. ⺠Modifications on the skyrmion lattice by magnetic dipole interaction are investigated. ⺠Phase map of the skyrmion lattice structure is obtained by Monte-Carlo simulated annealing. ⺠We found the equations for phase boundaries of skyrmion lattices.
