Abstract
⺠Magnetocaloric property of La0.70(Ca0.30âxSrx)MnO3:Ag has been studied. ⺠Though both TIM and Tc are unchanged with Ag addition, MR is slightly improved. ⺠MR at 300 K is 31% with field change of 1 T, whereas it is 49% at field of 3 T. ⺠Maximum entropy change (ÎSMmax) is 7.6 Jk gâ1 Kâ1 upon the field change of 5 T. ⺠Obtained results suggest that it can be a potential magnetic refrigerant material.
