Abstract
⺠Hot-pressed SmCo5-CaF2 composites have 7 times increased electrical resistivity. ⺠The SmCo5-CaF2 composites may serve as low-eddy-current permanent magnets. ⺠Thin SmCo5 flakes can be formed via surfactant-free milling in polar liquids.
