Abstract
⺠The addition of Si in the Sm2Co17-type magnet can improve its oxidation resistance. ⺠A small amount of Si addition can increase high-temperature intrinsic coercivity. ⺠A maximum intrinsic coercivity of 6.7 kOe at 500 °C was obtained. ⺠A low temperature coefficient of coercivity β about â0.05%/°C was obtained. ⺠Si0.4-doped magnet possesses good oxidation resistance and magnetic performance.
