Abstract
âºDouble barrier FS tunnel junctions. âºVaried angle between the magnetic directions of two FS's. âºThe TMR ratio linearly varies with sin2(θ/2). âºThe behavior of TMR with the variation of quantum well width is periodic. âºThe features of the spin-polarized resonant tunneling for the heavy and light holes are much different.
