Abstract
⺠The hyperfine field exhibits different behavior when one goes from RFe2 to RCo2. ⺠The hyperfine field has two contributions, allowing the identification of the origin of different behavior in RFe2 and RCo2. ⺠The two contributions for the hyperfine field have the same sign in Cd:RCo2. ⺠In RNi2 only one of the contributions is present.
