Abstract
⺠We model the interface roughness and temperature effects on the exchange bias properties. ⺠Exchange bias field is larger for a checkerboard interface than for a flat one. ⺠Exchange field versus temperature is roughly constant for the flat interface. ⺠Decrease is observed for the checkerboard interface as the temperature increases.
