Abstract
⺠Sub-stoichiometric Ni-Cu-Zn ferrites with iron deficiency. ⺠Maximum shrinkage rate and good densification at 900 °C through sub-stoichiometry. ⺠Decomposition into stoichiometric ferrite and CuO. ⺠Increased permeability of μ=660. ⺠Well suited for fabrication of multilayer inductive devices.
