Abstract

âº Magnetism of Cu-doped zinc-blende ZnO. âº Cu-doped zinc-blende ZnO shows interesting half-metal character. âº Total energies calculations reveal that Cu can induce ferromagnetic ground state. âº Ferromagnetism dominated by the hole-mediated double exchange mechanism.
