Abstract
ⶠThe magnetization reversal of magnetic thin films was observed by deflection of magnetic actuator. ⶠThe magnetic behavior of magnetic element on the magnetic actuator can be obtained. ⶠThe microcantilever was bent by the ferromagnetic multilayer thin films. ⶠThe magnetic actuator is placed in various magnetic fields to investigate its diversity.
