Abstract
⺠In-situ strain effect on extrinsic transport of polycrystalline La0.7(Sr,Ca)0.3MnO3 thin films. ⺠0.11% reversible strain with 10 kV/cm to the piezoelectric substrate. ⺠Successful fabrication of polycrystalline thin films on YMnO3 buffer layer. ⺠A gauge factor of 165 for the Ca doped film close to its metal-insulator transition. ⺠No change of average grain boundary susceptibility in an applied strain of 0.05%.
