Abstract
												⺠Lattice parameter of 'a' and 'c' for RE-doped test are lesser than un-doped ferrite and decreased often with the decrease of RE ionic radius. ⺠The complex permittivity and complex permeability in the range from 0.5 to 18.0 GHz were measured by vector network analyzer. ⺠The microwave absorption properties were characterized by tan δ, which was calculated using the formula of tanδ=tanδe+tanδm. ⺠Reasons of phenomenon be conferred by interfacial polarization, intrinsic electric dipole polarization and ferromagnetic theory.
