Abstract
⺠Observed FM in DMS systems critically depends on the preparation conditions. ⺠Oxygen vacancies are believed to be responsible for the observed RT FM in the samples. ⺠Estimated magnetic moment per magnetic cation is found in the range of 4.2-6 μB/Mn. ⺠The finding of this work is consistent with the bound magnetic polaron (BMP) model.
