Abstract
âºCoFe2O4 nanoparticles were formed with homogeneous distribution in the SiO2 matrix. âºAnnealing temperature and annealing time are optimized by carefully monitoring the synthesis conditions. âºMagnetic parameters Ms, Mr and Hc attained high values of 26.31 emu/g, 15.90 emu/g and 17.25 kOe, respectively. âºThe method provides an easy route to synthesize CoFe2O4/SiO2 composites at mass production level at low temperatures.
