Abstract
The magnetic properties of the mixed Ising ferrimagnetic system consisting of spinâ12 and spin-1 with a crystal-field interaction are investigated within the exact recursion relations on the two-fold Cayley tree. The thermal behaviors of magnetizations and compensation points are examined in detail. We find the compensation temperature points for larger values than the coordination number q⩾4.
