Abstract
The process of structural transformations due to rapid heterogeneous reaction is studied by time-resolved synchrotron radiation diffraction analysis. This method allowed to reveal main stages of product formation in the multilayer Ti/Al nano-films as well as the powder micro-heterogeneous mixtures Ti-Al-B and Ti-Al-C. Peculiar problems of adaptation of the method for investigation of the rapid reactions mechanisms in condensed matter are discussed.
