Abstract
The coordinate sensitive ionization chamber for measurement of parameters of a synchrotron radiation beam in the X-ray range was designed. The parameters of the chamber are as follows: (1) coordinate resolution better than 1 μm; (2) range of measurements in the cross-section of SR beam is 10 mm; (3) dynamic ranges â¼105; (4) the apertures of the entrance window are 12Ã24 mm; (5) the material of the window is Be; (6) Ar gas; (7) frequency of measurements is 6-50 Hz; (8) interface is Ethernet.
