Abstract
A non-Abelian finite flavor group GâSO(3) can have double covering Gâ²âSU(2) such that GâGâ². This situation is not contradictory, but quite natural, and we give explicit examples such as G=Dn, Gâ²=Q2n and G=T, Gâ²=Tâ². This observation can be crucial in particle theory model building.
