Abstract
⺠A novel system proposed to circumvent limitations to Mooreʼs law. ⺠Proposal for a memory device capable of storing a varying number of bits. ⺠The device works only in the presence of noise. ⺠The device comprises a bistable element whose output is delayed and fed back. ⺠The device is built and its performance is experimentally characterized.
