Abstract
⺠We propose a non-commutative phase space that enjoys the symmetries of deformed VSR. ⺠We find a Darboux map relating non-commutative variables to canonical ones. ⺠We use this map to construct a particle Lagrangian compatible with our phase space. ⺠The Lagrangian so obtained is of Finsler type.
