Abstract
⺠We explore a new approach to field-aligned coordinates for plasma turbulence models. ⺠The new approach has many advantages and further extensions can be obtained. ⺠A comparison with the old method is given for a test model using equivalent codes. ⺠Interesting properties of the test model are uncovered.
