Abstract

âº The complex of intrinsic defect and oxygen molecule on (10,0) SWNT is studied. âº The localized states inducted by mono- or di-vacancy are delocalized by complex. âº The states corresponding to Stone-Wales defect are strengthened. âº The transmission gap of (10,0) SWNT is insensitive to the complex.
