Abstract
⺠A double negative NIM composed of silver nanowires structure was presented. ⺠The geometrical parameters of structure were optimized by differential evolution (DE). ⺠The electromagnetic characteristic of DE-designed optimal solution is analyzed. ⺠A two-dimensional wedge-shaped model is designed for negative refraction simulation. ⺠It provides a simple guide for the design of other NIMs of even higher performance.
