Abstract
⺠An effective temperature for polarized superfluid turbulence is defined. ⺠This temperature is related to the average energy of the Kelvin waves. ⺠A scaling law between amplitude and wavelength is found in a quadratic approximation. ⺠The analysis highlights the meaning of temperature in superfluid turbulence.
