Abstract
⺠The relation between the specific heat and GNR width varies as temperature. ⺠Specific heat vs. GNR width shows a dimensional transition at low temperature. ⺠Boundary conditions and edges influence GNR phonons. ⺠Boundary conditions and edges significantly influence GNR specific heat. ⺠A uniform scaling expression for specific heat vs. width is found.
