Abstract
► Synchronization of complex networks with switching topology is investigated. ► A common Lyapunov function is established for synchronization of switching network. ► The common Lyapunov function is not necessary to monotonically decrease with time. ► Synchronization is determined by the second smallest eigenvalue of its Laplacian. ► Synchronization criterion can be used to investigate various switching cases.
