Abstract
⺠La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 films were grown by a modified chemical solution deposition route. ⺠High quality LSMO thin films were prepared directly onto SiO2/Si substrates. ⺠Abnormality in resistivity of LSMO films at low temperatures was studied in detail. ⺠The abnormality was mainly attributed to Kondo-like spin dependent scattering.
