Abstract
⺠A modeling of thermal slip boundary conditions is proposed. ⺠Theoretical support is provided by Extended Irreversible Thermodynamics. ⺠Original idea: the heat flux and the flux of heat flux at the boundary surface are taken as independent variables. ⺠Model is especially useful at subscales: i.e. micro and nano scales.
