Abstract
⺠We find the stationary solutions of an inhomogeneous nonlinear Fokker-Planck equations. ⺠We unify two paradigmatic mesoscopic mechanisms for the emergence of nonextensivity. ⺠Our results exhibit that we may retain long memory as a unified mesoscopic mechanism consistent with nonextensive statistical mechanics.
