Abstract

âº We investigate the outcome of a model for B-cell clonal dynamics. âº The model follows JerneÊ¼s idiotypic theory. âº The response of the immune system to different network topologies is addressed. âº Complex scaling behavior is observed in the idiotypic network. âº We analyze the possibility of local versus spread out (possibly autoimmune) response of the immune system.
