Abstract
⺠Chaotic advection in the vicinity of the Föppl vortex system is studied. ⺠Due to periodic motion of the vortices, fluid particles can move chaotic. ⺠Particles from the vortex atmosphere are carried away from the atmosphere. ⺠The part of the carried away fluid particles is numerically assessed. ⺠The dynamics of the fluid release from the vortex atmosphere is demonstrated.
