Abstract
⺠Ultrahigh sensitive accelerometer based on graphene nanoribbon resonators. ⺠Sensing acceleration by resonance frequency shift and/or capacitance change. ⺠Resonance frequencies linearly increased with increasing acceleration in a log-log scale. ⺠Quality factors were dramatically reduced with increasing acceleration.
