Abstract
► Ultrahigh sensitive accelerometer based on graphene nanoribbon resonators. ► Sensing acceleration by resonance frequency shift and/or capacitance change. ► Resonance frequencies linearly increased with increasing acceleration in a log-log scale. ► Quality factors were dramatically reduced with increasing acceleration.
