Abstract
⺠Fully-surrounded Zn3P2/ZnS core/shell NWs were synthesized via a two-step method. ⺠The structure of core/shell can be controlled. ⺠The core/shell NW growth method used can be extended to other material system. ⺠The band structure analysis shows the core-shell NWs have type-II heterostructure.
