Abstract
► Quantum Zeno effect may be induced by the environment in coupled microwave modes. ► Two regimes are found, only one of them exhibits the Quantum Zeno effect. ► The key point is the relation between a dissipation constant and unitary coupling. ► The effect may be verified within todays experimental reach.
