Abstract
⺠Coaxial rf atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier air-helium plasma designed. ⺠Electrical and optical characteristics of discharge have been examined. ⺠Time and spatially resolved pictures of discharge have been taken. ⺠Mode transitions of discharge have been observed. ⺠Coaxial design allowed obtaining smaller power/volume ratio plasmas.
