Abstract
► We study analytically a 1D half-filled t-U-V-J model in the weak-coupling regime. ► We present a theoretical argument for the occurrence of bond-located phases. ► A mechanism different from correlated hopping and vertex corrections is provided. ► The BCDW phase is realized for J>0 while the BSDW one occurs for J<0. ► The simple two-site cluster is used to justify the field-theoretical predictions.
