Abstract
⺠We study analytically a 1D half-filled t-U-V-J model in the weak-coupling regime. ⺠We present a theoretical argument for the occurrence of bond-located phases. ⺠A mechanism different from correlated hopping and vertex corrections is provided. ⺠The BCDW phase is realized for J>0 while the BSDW one occurs for J<0. ⺠The simple two-site cluster is used to justify the field-theoretical predictions.
