Abstract
⺠A model of branching chain of rings with δ-coupling is constructed. ⺠The spectral equation is obtained by using the transfer matrix method. ⺠The existence of bound states of the Schrödinger operator for the graph is proved. ⺠The spectrum of the Schrödinger operator for the system is described.
