Abstract
The DKP equation in the presence of Woods-Saxon potential is solved for spin 1 and spin 0. The transmission and reflection coefficients are deduced and Klein tunneling is discussed. The case of the barrier potential is deduced as a limiting case and the good boundary conditions for the jump potential are found.
