Abstract
The electron transport in a two-dimensional electron gas modulated by ferromagnetic and Schottky metal stripes is theoretically studied. We find that the transmission and conductance as well as polarization are very sensitive to the position of the Schottky metal stripe, the electric-barrier height and the energy of the incident electron.
