Abstract
												In this Letter, we discuss the global asymptotic stability and exponential stability of the equilibrium point of a class of generalized neural networks with delays. By introducing a new type of Lyapunov functionals and making use of matrix inequality technique, some sufficient conditions for existence and uniqueness of equilibrium and global exponential stability of the delayed Cohen-Grossberg neural networks are obtained. The conditions of the presented results are less restrictive than those of the earlier literature.
